Equipped with skills and knowledge to support you, your doula will be there to offer encouragement and guidance. Whether you need help finding a good position to help bring baby down, a few bites to eat, or pressure on your lower back in just the right spot, your doula will go with the flow right along with you.
Can't remember the research on a procedure the hospital staff is offering? Your doula has a copy of the birth plan you created with her, and she's there to remind you what decisions you made.
